General conditions

The hotel does not have any smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms on the balcony or terrace. Pets are not allowed.

All reservations will be accepted and confirmed on receiving of your credit card details (no Diners cards, please). Cash payments also accepted. Full payment must be made on your day of arrival.

The price includes : Total use of the room/suite and its facilities Daily cleaning and change of towels Internet Parking The price does not include : City tax: Euro 2,00 per person/day. Breakfast. Telephone calls. Minibar/drinks. Baby cot: euro 10,00 per day. We remind you that accommodation for a certain number of people, must not be occupied by a higher number of persons.

The room/suite is at your disposal from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 11 am on the day of departure. You can arrive at the hotel before 3 pm and leave your luggage at the reception. On your return you will find everything in your room. At 10.30 pm the reception will close. In the event of a delay after this time, please inform the reception (extra costs may apply).

In case of communicated client withdrawal Cancellation policy : Free cancellation 3 days before arrival, you can modify or cancel your reservation and no penalty will be applied eg: a reservation that has as day of arrival on May 15th, will be canceled free of charge by 11.59 pm on May 11th. From 3rd day to the day of arrival, the total cost of your stay will be retained. If you do not arrive on the notified day and do not inform the hotel, payment for the full stay will be taken from the credit card. If a deposit is refunded to you, an administration charge of euro 10,00 will be retained. For bookings of more than two rooms or total amount of the reservation over € 1,500.00, the hotel reserves the right to apply different conditions.

The policy can be entered when booking online on this site and will refund you in the event of a cancellation fee. You will receive an email with the activation conditions and instructions. If you do not tell us the names of the persons who will be staying with you within 3 days from the reservation, the system will automatically activate the name entered during the booking process as the only holder of the policy. If you cannot stay, providing a certificate of positivity, you will not be charged any cancellation penalty. Cover insurance examples: 1) on the day of departure from home, as a precaution, you take a test and it is positive: YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 2) your government imposes a block to Italy at the very last moment and you will not be able to reach us: YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 3) you are stuck in quarantine and you will not be able to reach us: YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 4) you have relative positive to covid who will not stay in the room with you: YOU ARE NOT REFUNDED 5) you have a relative positive to covid and you have no quarantine obligation: YOU ARE NOT REFUNDED 6) you have health problems not related to covid: YOU ARE NOT REFUNDED. Once entered, the data of the guests staying at the hotel cannot be replaced.

An unforeseen departure of your own initiative, cannot be reimbursed by the hotel. If you do not pay on arrival, you will be charged for the total amount of your stay on departure.

A boy or a girl is considered as a paying adult starting from the age of 12. Children are considered such from 2 to 12 years old. Infants are considered such when they sleep in the cradle from 0 to 2 years old.

In accordance with article 13 of D.L. 30.06.2003 n.196, our clients'personal data will be used by both data processing systems and manual processes to meet fiscal obbligations (invoicing, data recording, etc.) and to send advertising and sales promotions concerning our hotel.
